The Two Cent Professionals team realizes that the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic has made planning weddings and events a little trickier than usual, with limitations on inter-state and international travel meaning that family and guests may not be able to attend.

Our normal policy for cancellations, outlined in the terms and conditions provided when you make a booking, is that your deposit is non-refundable, as once you lock in a date with us we begin preparing for your event and do not accept further bookings on that date. If in between booking us and the date of the event, government regulations change regarding borders or gatherings, we are happy to work with you to provide an alternative solution (eg. re-booking for a future date, providing a different band setup, etc.).

In the event that an alternate plan is no longer feasible, the Two Cent Professionals are willing to provide a partial refund of the paid deposit (the amount refunded will be on a case-by-case basis, at the discretion of the Band).
